Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or damaged products for hygiene and safety reasons.

We may accept return requests for items that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective
  • Are incorrect items sent by mistake
  • Arrive significantly different from the product description

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging
